Apparently a peltier thermoelectric device that cools or heats water that is circulated through a mattress pad. I figured a budget of 10amps. A hack might send the water through a high efficiency refrigerator. A Danfoss based frig would more than double the efficiency and extend the capacity for cooling.
Sleep on a hot night with the windows open and no generator. That could be nice.
