I'm still in the planning stages of my trailer, but it will be similar to the BoxRocket posted up here.... it's primarily a camping trailer but it will see double duty for yardwork occasionally.
Now I have a set of CJ springs I was going to use on it, but I've been cleaning up my garage to make room for my new project and I found an old box that has a bunch of heim joints in it that I was going to use to build the steering on my Jeep... I never used them and they've just been boxed and collecting dust ever since. I also have a buttload of Jeep coils sitting around here... tons of factory springs from JK's and TJ's and ZJ's all new.
So my question is this:
Is it worth the time/effort to link a trailer and run coils or will I not see that much of a benefit over the CJ springs? Both setups would be run with shocks of course...
Oh and the heims are 3/4" so they might be a little small but I also have a bunch of poly bushings too that might work.
