Basque Norte and the Coleman all in one

Well money has been tight this week so spending money to fill the propane for the big BBQ was out of the question. I dug out the coleman though and lets just say it was grubbin. Yes I used the stove inside but I did have the window and fan going for ventilation.

I am unsure if they sell Basque Norte on the east coast but you can find it here at Raleys and a few other select places. As afr as marinades go it is one of the best I have used off the shelf. While I do make a killer homemade marinade, the Basque Norte just kicks it in over drive.

Yeah it is made in Chico Ca. Basque Norte (the restaurant) created it and is distributed by Mooney farms. It is sold in a number of stores now because of the large following it has received. raileys, bel air, safeway usually have it. instead of the marinades isle you might check with your stores in house butcher.
