Thanks for sharing! the ads say:

2000 Chevrolet Express 3500 V8 extended wheelbase, 116K miles, $18K

2002 Ford E350 XLT V10, 123K miles, $20L

Makes you wonder what company did the conversion? And who in southern Arizona was the former owner?
