2001 E-350 4 wheel drive van converted to a very comfortable 4x4 adventure camper.
-V10 engine
transmission was rebuilt when the 4x4 output shaft was installed (@114000miles) still under warranty van now has 130k
front axle;
-1999 F-350 4.10 gearing
-new bushings, new warn hubs, new unit bearings, and new brakes
rear axle;
-2005 sterling 10.5 new 4.10 gearing and bearings
-stock posi, new brakes

Any pics of the other side, undercarriage and what is weight capacity of roof rack?

i can post any pics you would like.
as for the roof rack im not sure what the capacity is but you could probably put a side by side on it (very sturdy rack). i walk around on it and it barely moves.

I made a dimple die for the size of the pipe, dimpled the roof so it has a lip and used high temperature RTV to seal it. No leaks.
