As best i can tell, its a trailer frame from a shipper, welder, or power distribution.
It has some paint discoloration that looks just like coolant. I assume the machine it was intended for finally took a dump, before i purchased it from the farmer.
Its heavy wall C channel (not u channel or stamped) and its no doubt best suited for construction site use, etc
