Shower Room, Privy, etc..what do you use?

This is a drawback that I've noticed as well. Nasties can get in overnight so you need to do a quick check in there before you sit down on the PETT or you can get an unwelcome surprise. :Wow1:
One of the many things I like about Western Washington is no poisonous snakes, scorpions, spiders, ect.

I never thought about checking the bag in the Pett though for a critter.
I would hate for my "family jewels" to be on the menu when sitting down and having some carnivorous small rodent in the bag looking up at a quick meal.

We recently sold our TACO and planning our next rig...but what we used was a stand alone shower tent and a 1 gallon garden sprayer with hot water from a kettle over our stove. This worked great for us. In fact, we liked the simplicity of it so much we would not even utilize the full shower/water system in our off road trailer! We would boil some water, fill 1/2 & 1/2 hot/cold water into the sprayer, pump it up, and have a nice shower in the stall. It was nice in part because i never had to worry about winterizing anything in the trailer.

Less pumping, more washing.
