It's been really HOT :sunny: but I'm looking forward to bustin' it out again in the fall.

My S10
Been lurking a while and finally joined, so I thought I'd share my rig. I've owned it for 22 years and it's changed a lot since the single cab, 2.5/4 speed stock 4wd it was when I got it from my uncle, who bought it from my dad, lol.
I has progressively been changed many times over the years, but I think I have finally got the ultimate parts installed and it's finally nearing completion. Several years ago I removed the single cab, 1/2 ton drivetrain (D44/9"), 350, 4l60e and 35's in favor of of an extended cab, a locked HP Dana 60, a locked 14 bolt, a 6.5 Detroit TD/4L80e, twin 241 transfer cases and air ride. I drove it like that for a couple of years and it did everything I had hoped it would from riding great, towing great, to perfect load leveling and everything except that I wanted it to be a little quicker and a little more efficient, so I yanked the 6.5/4L80e in favor of a 2005 LLY Duramax/Allison. I also decided to swap out all of the interior for late second gen S10 stuff so that I could mod the new dash to accept the '05 Duramax cluster. Now I've just got to finish it up, test it out, then paint it.
Anyway, here are a few pics.
With the 1/2 ton stuff and the SBC.
As it is now, but with the 6.5/4L80 still in it.
And with the Duramax.
