Snow Peak Addiction

The red chair bags are great! Didn't know SP had chair bags?
With so many companies out there making custom bags, I hate to recommend one, but I just bought a bag that makes the Snow peak Fire Place so much more easy to store and handle.

I found Drifta a few years ago when they were the only ones that had a snow peak item discontinued every where else. i also bought a custom bag for my snow peak pots. Even though it was coming from Australia to the US it shipped relatively painless and did provide tracking to my email. Ordering to the US from their site is even easier now.

Well they have greatly expanded their offerings and offer a bag for the Snow Peak Fire Place Kit and the Snow peak Field Oven. I really needed a bag for the Field Oven I bought, but the fire place bag is so much better than the better canvas version. The shape is much better and it has a divider to keep the fireplace separate from the cooking stuff. They also have bags for odd items like the half grill griddle and grate.

They also have a bag for carrying the red snow peak chairs that I really needed, two bags holds 6 red snow peak chairs. Again way better than what snow peak has for the red chairs.

I really like, but would never pay this much for a bag for my Baby Webber Q and this unique idea for a bag that you put milk crates in for a economic hard shelled carry bag....

I really like the idea of the milk crate bags, but the cost is just crazy, I'd do $20 for it, but not more than that. Its an amazingly good idea though.

I love the fire place bag though, I think its much better than the canvas snow peak bag. You could drop a lot of money with these guys :-(

They are not OEM Snow peak Bags, they are Drifta Brand bags, but worth every penny, I loved the red Snow Peak Chairs, but never had a convent way to carry and store them.

The bags say they hold two chairs; but they hold three no problem, four would be a stretch and might damage the bags.

I should say that while the drifta bags seem water resistant and strong, they don't seem as strong as the snow peak canvas bags. But beggars can't be choosers, Snow peak didn't really offer anything to carry their chairs that worked.

Thanks sir. But these are the dimensions they posted:
DimensionsL 5.9" W 5.5" H 4.13" (210*130*180mm)
Size StowedL 4.33" W 3.94" H 1.18" (155*130*180mm)

The numbers don't add up to me. I ordered one though. I'll post some pics and dimensions for you all when it gets here this week.

I agree it looks taller than that. I like that the handle comes off.

Got it. Love Drifta bags and will definitely get one for my 2 red SP chairs!

I've got one.

You can stow 3 x red chairs and the 'my table' in easily.

We're keen to grab 2 x SP red bench seats for the little ones.

Uh, they don't. Which is why I replied a few days ago with measurements off my own unit...

Got my Barista goodies today (kettle, pour-over, and cup). Next will be a grinder.

Have a question. Anyone know how many grams of coffee the snow peak grinder will hold? I can't seem to find this information anywhere.

Another question...anyone know if either the Porlex mini or next size up will fit inside the barista kettle with the cup and handle? I'd probably prefer a Porlex, but don't want to gamble $60 to see if it fits in the kit.

Thanks;.
