Camper is located in Greenville, South Carolina. I purchased this camper from a guy in Spartanburg late last year and it's a great little camper but doesn't fit our needs. i need more of a gear hauler for bikes, boats, bags, then this. The camper is built off a leonard 5x10 trailer, 2,000 lbs axel. I've towed it all over the Carolinas with my 2006 tundra and it tows fine. I've loaded the camper with extra gear/bags for family trips. I don't have a title or tags for the trailer as in South Carolina tags are not needed and the guy I bought it from didn't have a title.
There is basically a platform in the middle of the trailer with a mattress on the platform. The back camper shell pops up and back of trailer folds down for access to the bed area. Storage under the bed platform is accessed by removing the back panel with a screw gun, if I were keeping this I'd add some hinges for easier access to below storage. I don't have a great picture of the full bed in the back, I'll take that tomorrow and post it.
There are PVC pipes for water. You connect one end to garden hose, let the other end bleed the air out, then close and pump up with a bike pump to create pressure. Works great for washing things off.
There is a pullout tray for a typical 2-burner stove.
There is an area for a battery for the exterior lights and interior power.
There is a fold down tray for serving/dining.
There is an area in the front for storage that we use to take firewood to camp.
In terms of a weekend tow behind camper, it's pretty sweet and for us it was great to not pay a lot of money to figure out what we needed.
Tires are new.
