60 series (and all other gutter mount style) roof rack

One of my fellow club members (Coastal Cruisers) was in need of a roof rack, after looking for a while and finding the usual brands that did not do the trick he called me and see what I could do.
Now I've been planning on building these for a while now but never got around to it, so now I have an excuse.
The history, Unistrut ( http://www.unistrut.us/ ), used to make amazing roof racks for trucks, I actually have them on my truck and have been abusing them for the past 6 years with no issues. They stopped about 5 years ago and no longer produce them, they also never patented the idea either.
After my use of them I came up with a stronger design and even more options. The really cool thing about the Unistrut product (and other engineered strut of similar design) is you can build almost anything out of it, countless brackets, countless options, it's actually engineered and approved for structural use. (I'm attaching some pics below of the original Unistrut rack setup on my truck).
My design is a little different, and works with all engineered strut systems of similar design:

I've got 8 confirmed sets from my club, is anyone here interested in something like this? I'll need to fabricate 16 sets to get good pricing from my metal supplier.
The specs:
Brackets are all steel, laser cut, CNC formed, powder coated black with stainless steel mounting hardware. The main bracket is made from 3 parts, welded together, and the additional clamp.
The distance from the gutter to the underside of the strut rail is 6".
I am fabricating the mounts individually for (if I can get 16 or more sets) $110 a pair. All locally cut and built, in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Unistrut and hardware (or similar strut) can be purchased from local electrical/building suppliers or from me at $4.50/ft (my cost after taxes) for the P3300T shallow, perforated strut, cut to desired length.
So, on average, with regular hardware and regular width, ends up being around $140-145 a rail. Custom brackets, setups and options go up from there or the cool thing is you can do it yourself from local parts and suppliers.
