lwg, after you use the RoadTrip Party Grill for a while can you post a review. I was looking at getting this grill also, but then I read some bad reviews on coleman.com saying that the thin grill warped easily, and was too close to the burner creating a hot spot in the middle and making it very easy to burn food on. The reviews also said that the domed grill made it difficult to keep certain foods like hot dogs from rolling off the center of the grill and falling to the ground.

I had that one years ago. It did create a hot spot in the center that eventually burned the coating off. Can't recall the shape of the grill being an issue though. Here's an ancient photo with eggs cooking on it.

This is what I have and take it whenever I hit the road. I have flown across country to pick up vehicles and thrown this in my carry-on bag. Without the tank obviously. I pick up a tank and cast iron skillet at Walmart and come back home. Mine is self inginting. Some are not.

I works great and take little space to storage.

The Grasshopper takes even less space when folded. It's what I use when I just want to boil water or something.
