SELLING the camper as shown, the 2021 E-450 and all double pane Motion windows for: $67,000.
Awning and steps are available. It can be finished out and/or New owner can then customize with us how they desire.
This is a custom aluminum overland camper on a 2021 Ford E-450 chassis.

  • It has been primarily glued/bonded with LORD Adhesives, by a top tier manufacturer, to allow for exact and precise tolerances.
  • The goal was to make the ultimate camper that could be used in many ways as a complete adventure home, with hammock arms, roof top deck, and massive storage.

  1. VEHICLE TYPE: 2021 Ford E-450. 158" wheelbase. 7.3L V8, Electric 6 Speed Auto, Preferred Equipment Package, Dual 240 Amp Alternator, Lane assist. Loaded with every option. The order build sheet was attached as an image at the bottom of this page.
  2. 4x4 Conversion available, if need be, for approx $12,000.
  3. BLANK SLATE: Even though interior plans can be seen and are available to use, the inside is a blank slate that can be designed how you wish. The inside can be finished for approx : $10,000
  4. DIMENSIONS: The main section internal dimensions are: 15' long, 84" wide, 84" tall. The Sleeper is in addition to this at: 54" Long/deep, 84" Wide, Tall 29 (Inside height)
  5. BEDS: Designed to hold a California King in rear (East to West) (or Queen with 38.5" high of garage clearance under the bed) and 44" of height/space above rear bed platform. A FULL Bed goes in the Sleeper. A full bed mattress is: 53" x 75". This will allow for a closet space at the foot of the sleeper mattress, or just use a long 84" mattress. Passenger Side: 36" wide bathroom, and 54" kitchen. Drivers side: Dinette and Sofa,or just a sofa to store kayaks, bikes, surfboards in, etc.
  6. HAMMOCK ARMS: There are two hammock arms that fold down off the side that will hold 2 hammocks. Off the rear are two Hammock chair arms that rotate up vertically. You can then sit in the hammock chairs and overlook the beach or mountains as you relax and drink a cold beverage. The two side hammocks would have the available 15' Dometic awning that could be extended to cover them for needed shade or rain. There are 2 pictures at the bottom of this page that show me laying in one of the 2 hammocks. I just quickly attached the hammock straps to the bars. They now have mounting holes for the hammock carabiners. You will see how the hammock bars lie flat against the wall of the camper.
  7. TIRES STORAGE: Two spares mount on the 2 Rear garage swing-out doors, or the tire(s) can be put into the garage if concerned with theft while driving through Central America. Tires are lowered off rear doors with pulley on Hammock Chair arms to the ground. See pictures at the bottom of the page how the tires are mounted to the rear swing out doors.
  8. SAFES: There can be a 84" long x 12" wide x 5" deep rifle safe (or it will hold spear guns or metal detectors) It is designed into the bed frame and a biometric safe is at the foot of the bed to hold computers, camera, pistols, etc.
  9. ROOF DECK: The roof is diamond plate, designed to walk on as a deck. The roof is supported by 2" x 2" crossmember, at a slight bow for rain runoff and strength, The roof can be accessed via the roof hatch and also a ladder on the outside. The flat walkable roof deck area is 17' long x 80" wide.
  10. COMPLETION: It can be completed in short time to how you desire to have: Professional wiring, Insulation in the wall cavities, bed, kitchen, dinette made with the custom aluminum manufacturer, or you could finish/make it yourself. It is ready to drive to your location now. (The wheel wells will be cut out larger to the design you wish, Curved or Angular. This current set-up would save you a lot of money, as you could complete this for under a total price of under $100,000. Van conversions go for roughly $180,000 $210,000 and there is a 24 month wait with just SportsMobile for example. This is ready to drive today, or completely finished in roughly 3.5 months. It will have a far larger GVRW than the 14,000 after new custom 4x4 suspension and springs. And the short hood will not impede your vision. This E-450 can be loaded with all options at a very low price, it is an unbelievable set-up.
  11. DINETTE, BED & KITCHEN AND READY TO ENJOY: An RV Dinette can be purchased and placed in, and kitchen built. Bed platform, Insulation, electrical and walls can be paid to be completed on site if you wish. Body could be painted onsite, Line-Xed or even left raw - And you are ready to go, for a fraction of the cost of a typical overland camper.
  12. THE ULTIMATE LAYOUT: With a California King bed or Queen in the rear and Full Bed in the Sleeper (with a toilet and shower in-between them, so no one has to crawl over each other like most RV's, two couples (or kids and parents) can be separated at opposite ends from each other. The Dinette can create another small bed for more kids or the dogs. (My dogs sleep with me through :) At night, sit up on the giant roof top deck and have dinner under the stars or even sleep on the roof deck, or open the fold down the rear deck from the Master bedroom and sleep under the stars as the rear fold out deck would already have a mattress attached to it, to extend the Bedroom mattress. Or, sleep outside in the hammocks that fold out from the side of the camper. (See image) No Solar is needed with 1,200 AMP Hours of Lithium, so this free's up the entire roof and you could also put kayaks on the roof. The lithium batteries simply charge from the 2nd included HD Alternator in only 2.5 hours each. Two 600 AHLithionics batteries (not included) would = 1,200 Amp hours are more than an Earthroamer. (and Earthroamer come with about 918 Amp Hours).

QUESTIONS ON AREAS OF CAMPER AND CONSTRUCTION:
  • Wheel Wells as shown in the picture were cut tight until the new buyer/owner could decide what shape he wanted cut out for the wheel wells, 1/2 circle or straight angles.
  • The rear open area above the 2 swing-out doors is designed to have a fold down bedroom deck, to be able to open it and sleep out under the stars as the same thickness mattress would be attached to the inside part of this fold down door. This fold down deck can be built or it could be closed in solid so that it does not open. This is why it was left unfinished, so the new owner could decide. A rear window is included in the total price.
  • Under deck details and storage design/options: There is a 3.5" tall "C" Channel Sill that is mounted to the underside of the floor, which sits on top of the Ford E-450 frame. There is 16" from under the floor to the bottom of the skirt. This area can be designed to hold all water, Lithium batteries and storage. (See under floor storage proposed layout picture, this can be altered how you wish, to include outside access to storage, vs inside access) The way I wished for everything under the floor was to be accessed from the inside, to eliminate theft from outside access, as this vehicle was designed to go to Central America.
  • Fun toy storage: Inside was designed to have a 102" long x 32" wide x 30" tall sofa which would hold: 10 surfboards, longboards, stand up paddle boards, inflatable Hobie kayaks. Or up to two 15' hard kayaks could fit from under the bed straight through into the sofa. Under the bed can hold a 16' Zodiac inflatable boat and 35hp outboard engine with a Hobie inflatable 14' Tandem kayak and 2 bikes. Or any other configuration you like.
  • Kitchen is a long 79" long x 40" tall x 22" or 54" long kitchen with a 36" bathroom. The kitchen is designed to hold 2 Dometic 95 Dual Zone Fridge/ Freezers stacked on top of each other or with the 54" long kitchen a Dometic 75 Dual Zone , so you will have enough food for 2 families, and the dogs, or plenty of space to put all the fish that is caught and filleted. The kitchen could include a full trash plus cleaning storage behind the trash, massive deep sink with built in cutting board, convention dual cooktop, hot water tank and heater, gray water tank, Cruise-n-Comfort A/C and 5 Massive deep drawers for storage, not including the above sink cabinet storage. (all plans are designed and available)
  • Lithium: It will hold two or more Lithionics 600 Amp Hour batteries. Each battery is: 26" x 10" x 9" (1,200 amp hours total with two batteries. As mentioned, more than an Earthroamer) Access to the batteries is under the bed and under the floor, though a locked hatch, in the garage, so no one can access them from the outside.
  • Water under the floors is set to hold up to 140 gallons in stainless tanks if you want that much. Water tanks can be heated using electric UltraHeat heating pads if needed.
  • Gasoline: Factory tank: 55 gal. Additional 35 gallon transfer tank under floor could be built. Total fuel with transfer tank: Total: 90 gallons.
  • Bumper can be made on site to hold a 16.5 WARN winch and hitch as well as a 16.5 WARN winch on the front.
  • There is currently a Shower area: 30" wide x 21" long in the door way. a larger 36" long bathroom can be made.
  • Toilet: Slides out into shower from under kitchen, which is where the front door area is.
  • Wall Insulation: The inside of the walls are 1" and ceramic paint and fat mat can be applied inside the cavity, as well as Aspen Aerogel Spaceloft for an extremely high R value. 3M foam tape provides the thermal "break" barrier that would attach from the aluminum glued ribs to the visible inside wall.
  • ADHESIVES: This Overland camper, in which the floors, roof and side walls were bonded together, uses LORD® 852 Toughened Structural Acrylic Adhesives with LORD Accelerator 25GB.
    • The 850 acrylic adhesive series was chosen for its 100% high elongation and impact resistance.
    • By using LORD adhesives instead of all welded connections, it allows you to build with aluminum and take advantage of that material’s many advantages (such as its lightweight, tight tolerances and natural corrosion resistance).
    • Furthermore, in addition to its high elongation and impact resistance, LORD 852 offers extreme strength and is extremely durable.
    • It is Temperature resistant, performing at temperatures from -40 degrees F to +300 degrees F. (-40 degrees C to 149 degrees C).
    • Versatile, bonding to a wide range of unprepared metals.
    • Durable, providing high strength and 100 percent elongation which eliminates cracks, etc.
    • Environmentally resistant to a wide range of chemicals and weathering, including excellent resistance to indirect UV exposure.
    • Non-sag, remaining in position when applied on vertical or overhead surfaces.
    • LORD Adhesives is used to bond many high impact military tactical vehicles in addition to fire trucks and so much more.

TIRES MOUNTED IN THE REAR DOORS. LAST PICTURE.
  • Scroll down to see a picture, from a different camper, how the tires can look mounted on the rear doors of the Ford E-450 camper.
  • The rear hammock chair arms (seen on the rear of the camper, to the right and left side of the porch flip down doors) are also used to lower the tires off the door onto the ground.
  • You can also see how the rear and side hammock bars lay flush against the outside camper wall on the Isuzu NPR camper. The Ford E-450 will operate and look the same.

More pictures and plans are available to the Ford E-450 buyer, and we can arrange so you can go and see the camper in person.

Please call or text me at: 904-887-0809 for any questions to purchase.

A split air conditioner—— yesss!!!! I apologize if I missed the following in your detailed description.
Where is this located? Who/ where would the finish build take place? How much is 600 ah lithium ? 1200ah? The “costs” list includes things I think already in current price? Example- the truck, the glued aluminum? Water tanks additional? Finish out of various “furniture “ is it possible to get interior built it without using wood?

I’m thinking if several items not included, I could quickly exceed $100k especially if cost of labor involved— have too many things I’d like to do if I build Lol.

I also specifically want to use small motor fans for ventilation- they are used for marine engine rooms, brushless motors that draw almost zero power- guy at Embassy RV uses them— 4 in a class B (2 in 2 out) no need for max air, no need for roof holes when do split Ac unit. Marine water bladders pretty amazing as well (stack fresh and gray so only need space for one a t a time). This would fit them perfectly! What type of toilet?

I think you intended to include pics of build plans but I don’t see them?

Love the many ideas you’ve got on this— I’ve been thinking a lot about the best way to do stuff and thought I’d seen/researched everything but picked up a bunch of new stuff here. Wow!
