Gas fittings in Russia and Mongolia

Does anybody have any experience trying to refill gas bottles in Russia Siberia Mongolia?

I driving to Vladivostok later in the year and just trying to decide what is the best fuel stove to take that I can use for cooking inside and out of the vehicle.

Any advice will be most welcome
