One month ago I went to the Sosnovy Bor.
It’s about 90 km far from St. Petersburg.
I’ve never been there.
I never heard that there is an atomic power station (APS).
I live here in St. Petersburg less than half of year.
That’s why I’m on the way of exploring this area.
I start to learn how to get there and the information about this town.
This APS start to work at 1973.

The start of the project

Now there is a new project, of a new reactor in Sosnoviy Bor, not far from main station.

As I understand from different people, there is a cordon in the entering of Sosnoviy Bor.
I should have a permission to enter.
But how to get it?
Some guys told me, that there is another road on a backyard, 30 km far, without any cordons!
And then I can use the main road to go beck, cause they check only incoming cars.
Great Russian safe without back wall!
I love my country!
For what they need this cordon, I have no idea.
I wake up early and start my trip.
It was a difficult to find this “secret road”.
But I found it.

I was alone there.
The town looks like the most industrial towns in the Russia.
Grey and faceless.

I feel a little bit nervously about this area.
I understand that here is a 100% control of everything.
But… I am a human.
It was my first trip to this kind of objects.
I finished all business and start to go home, by a main road.
I passed the Lebyazh’e.
