Many thanks go out to the contributors in this thread. Finished my setup and it works great!

Made a video of the pressurized water can. I am a photo guy, not a video guru so forgive me on the video. This wasn't a Spielberg setup...I had to record some audio in so you won't be able to hear the compressor run.

This is a pressurized water can that can be used to wash dishes, spray off sand, take showers or whatever you may need. Items used:

-Scepter Military Water Can (MWC)
-spigot with a 1/2" female end
-male to female 1/2" adapter
-1/2" PVC pipe that was cut to 18"
-Screw on type Schrader valve
-Compressed air source

I also in the works of completing a pressurized water system for my scepter water cans. I am about 75% complete on that project.

I used an electrical 3/4" weatherproof hub for a jug fitting.

Well done. Simple, cheap, and can you say...WATER FIGHT!!!
Best of all, you didn't have to buy something cheap that would fall apart.

thats a good idea with the air pressure,i wanted too add a pvc pipe to the top of a roof rack for water, the shrader valve would work great on it
