No the older G's like this one have poorly designed front bearings and its common to rebuild the entire swivel/axle assembly while into the job. The lights rust inside after so many years as the rubber gets rotted around the bases and lets water in... all common repairs but, who knows.

The heavy rust on this one is what kills it.
