FYI, that's not a 4 door. It's a conversion that was done to a lot of hiluxes at that time. I'm not sure what company did it, but they stretched the frame and put that larger rear cab section in (fiberglass I believe).
I've seen a few in person. IMHO, I'm not a fan of them (and I'm a fan of oddities).
