For those of you nearby...I just received this from www.endurorally.com and thought I would share:

Film Fun: We are organising a night of rally films at the Royal Geographical Society on the evening of Tuesday, November 27th, to include the premiere showing of the London to Cape Town World Cup film.... drivers attending for the re-union from our epic drive down the length of Africa will therefore now be able to tell their grand-children they once attended a West End premiere to see themselves on the big screen - after walking up a red carpet.

A highlight of the evening will be a special thank you to star-guests Peter and Betty Banham, who have been fixing up cars from the roadside in one of our mobile workshops since our first event, the Pirelli Classic Marathon of 1988, which celebrates its 25th anniversary next year. The famous Map Room is being taken over with a bar, so come thirsty.... Tickets are available (but only to supporters of the Endurance Rally Association – over 100 now booked) and available on-line at the Shop section of www.endurorally.com we are posting out tickets on November 10th.
