Seeing how the max width in most states is 96 inches, with some 102 inches (and federal highways are 102 inches) I don't know how you would pull off the 120 inches of the Oshkosh without pilot cars and trip permits for your oversize load wherever you travel? It is not like it is an inch or two that can go unnoticed, it is 2 FEET! And not the most lowkey vehicle that blends in with all the other RVs on the road.

I wonder if that 12-" is a typo, but from the pictures it does look like the cabin is wider than the truck itself, which is supposed to be 96".

Building it intentionally over the legal width, if that what was done, was negligent at best.

I still want to drive one for a few minutes, just long enough to entertain myself. Certainly not across the country.

Yep, you are correct , a typo (actual it is posted as 10", but I guessed it was wider then a foot)
