The more I keep having the better my mileage though! They're non-sprung weight. The 2yo keeps getting too tired pushing though and keeps complaining so sometimes we just make him drive instead.

buyer hanging on for reply, money burning hole.....want to leave for AZ in the cruiser

14-16 MPG in reality ->wife has driven them for 10 years and documents gallons/miles.

FWIW, never seen those numbers or heard from any customers that get that. We do have 1 customer that stated 18mpg on the highway at 65 mph from Santa Fe to Denver. 23mpg no way.

I'll concede that 23mph may be a stretch and that the honest answer is I'm not sure...

I only drive it occasionally. My wife uses it as a DD and drives on almost completely flat ground from Parker to Littleton. She's that person on the highway going 50mph :)

I use our FJC and T100 98% of the time. This was going to be the dream expo build but when wifey-poo wants a Venza, guess what happens? :)


Completely shifting gears: Although we have not met, I'm a big fan of the Slee Jack-off tool set (or whatever it's called)... picked one up at Rising Sun Rally a couple years ago and have touted it on FJ Cruiser Forums many times...
