Listing this up for my neighbor, wheeling buddy, and best friend. This is a '99 TReK (YES, an ORIGINAL TReK!) that was lightly laid over when traversing a ditch about two months ago. The truck has a clean title, and has been stored inside his shop since the accident. The truck runs and lot drives fine, but with the front windshield out of it, as well as alignment issues on the roof, doors, etc. this truck will need to be trailered to wherever it's new home is. The current owner lamented keeping it and fixing it as he loves the truck, but with his work schedule (Doctor) and other commitments he has finally come to grips with the fact that there is absolutely no way he is going to be able to work on it anytime soon.

Everything is there, including the cool mesh TReK front grill, front bumper with winch, black leather interior with orange piping, rubber floor, etc. This truck's PO was Dan Mick of Dan Mick's guided tours in Moab. (If you know Dan at all, it's amazing he actually owned it, as he is a died in the wool jeep guy!) Dan didn't like the rear bumper on it, so the only non "TReK" item on the truck is a custom, incredibly sweet one off bumper built by M40 in Moab (even has the M40 logo water cut into the back!). It does still have uber rare Safari Gard sliders and Hi Lift jack holder on the spare, and everything will come with the truck.

Looking at it (if you would like pictures, and I am sure that you will! Just needed to get it listed ASAP for him as he would like to get it out of there in the next few weeks) the easiest way to fix this would be to find a donor "Shell" body and build this onto it - it would take a lot of body work to get this one back to where it should be, but once it is completed it ail be an incredible ride. If not, for $1800.00 you will get several thousand dollars worth of Disco II parts - some of them being EXTREMELY hard to get your hands on any other way.

Please PM for pics, and thanks for taking the time to look! photo.JPG

Good evening!

A few pics from today - thanks for all of you that have emailed me about it so far! Just to clarify for a few people that had questions as well - this truck was the Texas Land Rover Dealer's truck for the TReK competition - the truck currently resides in central Iowa, not Texas. As usual, please let me know if you have any other questions!IMG_1620.jpegIMG_4663.jpegIMG_2534.jpegIMG_1301.jpeg
