A/C belt pulley

Okay so my A/C makes some noise when I have it on, and the A/C belt wobbles as well. I am wondering if the A/C pulley is separate from the rest of the dampener? The noise and any vibration goes away when I turn off the A/C. Also I thought there was a tensioner on this belt as well, can't remember. So I am worried the crankshaft bolt might need to be replaced, but since everything goes away when I turn off A/C I am thinking it is something there, not in the Crankshaft bolt.

I had to replace the my entire AC compressor because Mitsubishi wouldn't sell the pulley separate from the compressor. Got one from junkyard under $50. In my case it was making a loud noise from the bearing.

So it was my crankshaft bolt I am not sure where the problem is, but I am having trouble removing the bolt. However some of this is because I am not pulling anything yet so working around everything still on the vehicle. Just want to know if the crank bolt is right hand or left hand thread... I have been unable to get the bolt out and gets tight both ways. Old style bolt, you know the weird looking one...
