A Few More Miles - A Motorcycle Journey Through The Americas

Enjoying The Journey
Hello everyone,

I recently completed a 6 month 23,000 mile journey from New Hampshire, USA to the Ushuaia, Argentina. I had a wonderful journey and I wanted to share some photos with you all. A full trip report can be found at my blog: www.AFewMoreMiles.com. Since returning home, I've really enjoyed talking with new riders who are about to embark on their own Latin American adventures. If anyone has questions, just drop me a line. Cheers.

Thanks! I rode with a friend for 6 weeks. Other than that I just met people along the way. The majority of the trip was solo.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know about my new project aimed at helping aspiring riders travel through Mexico by motorcycle. I wanted to make the DVD I would have liked to seen before I left on my trip. I hope it will help riders get inspired, get educated, and get on their way. While the product is directed towards motorcyclists, much of the information is useful to any mode of overlanding. Here's a short movie trailer to let you know what it's all about.

It's $36.99 + $4.99 Shipping = $41.98.
It's 2-discs. 5 hours of insightful content :sombrero:

Disc 1:
Intro, People, Culture, Weather, Gear, Border Crossing, Border Towns, Accidents & Insurance, Family Reactions, News & Drug Cartels, Personal Safety, Bike Safety, Women Riders, Riding, Road Quality, Toll Roads, The Left Blinker, Topes, The Bike, Tires, Tools & Packing, Mechanicals.

Disc 2:
Gas, Navigation, Camping, Accommodations, Secure Parking, Food, Drinks, Montezuma’s Revenge, Health & Evacuation Insurance, Health Risks, Checkpoints, Police, Money, Language, Connectivity, Get Gone, Credits, Bonus Footage.

It's available at www.MotorcycleMexico.com. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers.

Jealous

Holy cow, am I jealous! I own an older Honda XL 350, and I am starting to plan some shorter solo trips. That looks just amazing.

Awesome bike choice! Smaller bikes are great for getting off the beaten path. I'd love to tour on a 350 (with an upgraded seat of course) :roost:
