Adding multi-mount to Warn 9.5ti

If I read the fine print for the Warn 26370 multi-mount (mm) bracket kit, it does not appear to be for a 9.5ti, which I already own. One can purchase a 9.5ti mm complete. When I go into Warn spare parts, it shows a 26370 mm as the part number for the matching bracket.
Any experience adding the mm bracket to an existing 9.5ti?
I bought the winch in 2005, but do not have the serial number handy, winch is in Virginia, i am in Taiwan.
