Advice on parting out

All,
Seeking advice on what to do with my 2001 lexus lx470. The frames and most suspension parts are rusted bad. Body panels, wheels, glass, engine and transmission are all in excellent condition. I hope to see if a tone would be interested I. Certain parts before I stop trying to sell the truck. Truck is pictured below.

If you part it out, don't take parts off until they're sold (paid for/picked up/shipped). Otherwise you lose screws, washers, bits and pieces and forget what you have left. If you live where it rains frequently sell the glass/doors/hood last.
