Loved the German tourists and Kenny Rogers story, the "wrong" gas station, the lost campgrounds (gawd, haven't we all been there!) the tree house, the BIG glacier in Hyder, the loving welcome home, etc., etc.
That's so great to have completed a trip that has been a goal for such a long time now. Big ups to you for pulling it all off. I was bummed our paths didn't cross in Idaho, but it looks like we were both having an amazing trip.
Great stuff, but now I really, really want to meet up for that beer in McCall or Stanley sometime! I think we might even need a pitcher...
