Alignment Specs for the LR3?

Hi all, I'm looking for the latest alignment specs for my 2005 LR3. I changed out the bushings with poly bushings and now need an alignment. I also have the GAP IIDtool and will put the EAS into "tight tolerance" mode bedore doing the alignment.

Below are the design targets according some aging documentation I found on another LR forum and an update for toe setting from 2006. So does anyone know if this is the most current specs?


Front Castor: +3° 45'
Front Camber: -0° 20'
Front Cross Camber: +0° 45'
Front Individual Toe: -0° 05'
Front Total Toe: -0° 10'

Rear Camber: -0° 10'
Rear Cross Camber: +0° 45'
Rear Individual Toe: +0° 03'
Rear Total Toe :+0° 05'
Rear Driving Axis: +0° 00'

LH rear toe: +0.18
RH rear toe: +0.18

Question - your looking for alignment specs.. how are you doing the alignment? Most alignment machines will walk you through a "set up" phase for intended vehicle which will give you all your specs and tolerances. Unless you are doing it old school?

If you are doing the alignment on a new rack or one that uses lasers, they will be updated with the most current specs. I can dig up some old alignment paper work that I have when I was using a Hunter machine... however I dont see how it is going to help unless you are using an old alignment rack and then at that point id just go spend the $100-130 to use a high end rack.

I'm taking the LR3 to a tire shop that says they have a laser alignment machine. I just want to verify the numbers they have, match up to what Land Rover recommends. Regarding an "old" alignment rack, wouldn't the angles be the same as for a laser machine?

It depends on their software, if they use a Hunter rack or any big name alignment rack they will have subscriptions for the most up to date specs. Ill do some digging of my most recent one.
