Thanks. However, this thing sinks like a rock in a pond when I get into sand (mine is the sliver 4-seater, not the aqua one we were following). Its heavy, with off-road (desert) cross bracing. No weight saving alumn on this thing like a sandrail. Its a pre-runner in the making (alumn side and top panels eventually, rack, couple of spare mounts, etc.). However, it can fly to some degree:

This was our entry-level buggy a few years back. Run around in Baja for a day with it and spend two days making repairs. Still, love the shot:

Not to mention that gratuitous display of endangered sea turtle kills on the spare tire cover.:yikes:











That's my f-n-law seemingly duke'n it out with the burro. The driver's wife is part of some endangered sea turtle preservation dealy down in Mexico and she uses that buggy for that work. However, the idea of a couple retired old farts running around Baja picking on burros and slaughtering turtles for sport could be the premise for an anti-Zen Art M/C Maint book that has yet to be penned.

I wish. Hanging in Baja, getting fed snacks by tourists and so on. The benefits of burro-ism seem almost endless.

Ok, back to my original question: Since there is no "buggy" vehicle thread (admin, I'm thinking there should be), I'm guessing refences to my buggy belong here in the "Cross-Over SUV and 'other'" thread. So, unless I'm wrong, anyone mind if I hang here?
