amber DOT/ECE stamped fog for JK bumper?

Any suggestions? The stock ones are horrid and I'm putting in JW Speaker LED headlights. I want something with a true amber/yellow color to cut through the elements, since the LED headlights will be whiter than optimal. I've looked at lots of LED solutions and only the white light JW Speaker 6050's are DOT/ECE stamped. I supposed I could do some Rigid Dually's in there and just swap out when needed (we have annual state inspections here).

Here's what I've researched so far....

IPF makes a few models in 90mm that might appear to work (not LED though) but I can't find exact measurements on the mounts and being Japanese, there's a shortage of US vendors (I could find only one for the model I wanted and there's no contact info on their site).

3.5" IPF MR90 or MR90G (gold):

3.5" PIAA LP 530 LED:

4" PIAA 510 halogen - lots of discussion about these possibly working but no confirmation

Rigid Dually and Dually 2 - LED but NOT DOT stamped

Vision X - LED but single element and apparently NOT very bright.

Baja Designs Squadron - LED and BRIGHT but NOT DOT stamped ($700 too):

there's a lot of stuff that *looks* good....I'd like to know what fits and what is worth spending $$ on. The stock fogs suck and I've got IPF 901XS on the bumper for off-road duty. I can always put some amber bulbs in the IPF's but that's not optimal for their intended use (trails at night)
