We just finished up a pair of our new trailers called the Overland Utility Trailer, or OUT. We took the design of the original M416 and modified it to fit todays larger vehicles with a 65" wide track width.
This let us widen the tub to allow a floor pan just under 49" wide!! Now you can fit full width sheets of plywood or sheetrock from Home Depot when you arent out exploring!
They are 12ga, fully welded tubs and fenders with aluminum lids and tailgates. These will take all the abuse you can throw at them and still look good when you pass them down to your kids.
