Looks like the company marketing this product is PeriPower, a Taiwanese
computer peripherals firm. There may be a USA distributor for PeriPower
products, but I couldn't find one in a few minutes of searching.

problems i see:

suction cups suck, and not in any kind of good way. they fly off at the least opportune time.

any dust that ended up between the base and the dash would cause this thing to rub a hole in your dashboard after a long overland trip, or a stint down any major metropolitan freeway.

the interface between the goose-neck and the base looks questionable at best. those clips are very good at tension, but i question their sheer and torsional strength.

The suction cup on this looks very similar to the one on my GPS which has been known to drop the GPS to the floor unexpectedly when the windscreen temp drops too low.
