I've determined that my 20# PowerTank is too big to be practical on the trail. That thing kicks butt for use in the garage, but I definitely need a smaller one to put on the rig.

So...

I'm just going to buy another tank, and swap the regulator back and forth.

Would you go with 5#, 10#, or 15# ?

i like the 20# just because i dont have to fill as often. however since my tank got stolen, i went to a engine driven compressor. sold that truck, now im back to sq. 1 tank or compressor. if i got a tank again it would a 15 or 20

I have a 15lbs commercial co2 tank (non powertank). IMHO, even its too big. If I were to get one again I'd go with the 10lbs. unit.

And even at 10lbs. the fill ups aren't that often. Maybe every 2-4 trips depending on if I air up anyone else. Plus at $12 they're not that costly IMHO.

Also while the PT's look great, I simply can't see paying 2-3x the cost of a std CO2 tank for one even with all the nice 'features' it gets you.
