I have used them, and they work as described.
PROS
Non-Stick
Easier to clean
CONS
Must be treated with a little more TLC than regular stainless
High Heat has been known to damage cheaper coatings (it peels off)
Can't clean the pots using sand (but non-stick, so hopefully no need for that)
Wood or plastic utensils only (no metal)
If you are going to go with non-stick, get a good quality set. For the car (where weight isn't an issue, and you are likely cooking for small groups), I would reccomend the REI Large Non-stick set. Make sure to put a rag or shammy between the pots when you nest them as the bottoms can scrape the inside of the pot below it. For smaller kits, I would look at MSR or GSI, they are really similar.
Also, instances when you want a super hot pan, with nothing in it but oil (drop biscuits, burritos), these would NOT be the way to go. Cast iron would be the solution in these instances.
