Anyone have experience with Jensen HD (Heavy Duty) Stereo head units?

I guess they are marketed towards OTR truck drivers, but I've  over them for a couple of years because of their WX band (NOAA) capability. My 99 Outback had a WB setting on the factory stereo and it was a nice addition.

Looked into one of the older ones back when I had a 3rd gen, but found out to my chagrin that it would not fit, so I dropped the idea.

Now I have a 4th gen and (at least according to Cruthfield's web site), it will fit.

The current version is the JHD3620. Has both USB and Aux inputs, as well as iPod controls, AM/FM/WB and also Sirius capability (though I don't intend to use that - I don't drive enough for Sat radio to be cost effective.)

My question is about the overall quality/reliability of Jensen HD products. Anyone else use something similar?

Martin,
Been running one in my rig for the last couple of years (plenty of miles & offroading).
Works impeccably.
The iPod connector cable is a little quirky at times. If the iPod is dormant it will not start up sometimes.
Also IIRC it will not charge the iPod unless the iPod is on......

I have the 975 DVD unit in my trailer that bounces around with me everywhere. Works great for where it is, but were not trying to be audiophiles and id say our speakers suck. Unit itself works as advertised and seems to be holding up just fine.
