Anyone here built a pressurized water system?

I'm looking for some general advice in building a pressurized water system in my vehicle. I can't find any good overall/complete guides from water tank to faucet. I think I want an on demand propane water heater from Atwood with the freeze-protection package, but I can't find any water pumps/shower heads with freeze protection. I also can't find any pipes/hoses/fittings that are freeze resistant, as I was hoping to not have to worry if I can't completely empty the whole system on freezing nights where I won't be using the vehicle. I've heard there's food grade antifreeze?

My plan is to have a 30 gallon water tank over the rear axle, and the shower will be in the vehicle. The grey water will just drain onto the ground as I'll use it in the woods and I only use eco-safe soap. The propane on demand water heater and propane tank will be in an outside hitch box so I don't have to worry about carbon monoxide poisoning. Do I have to install the water tank at an angle so It completely drains to the output hose?

As you can see, many little questions that aren't necessarily answered by each product's user manual. Many thanks for any thoughts!

Allowing pumps or plumbing to freeze with water in them will almost always cause failure. Pex pipe will usually be OK. Build all the water system inside the heated envelope of the vehicle and keep it heated. Design with drains to completely empty system if you want to allow the camper to freeze.
