Hello,

Wondering if anyone has lived long term, as in months or a year in there Adventure Trailer? I'm contemplating a trailer set up or selling my Cruiser and getting a truck and FWC set up. Any insight or advice would be great.

thanks

The first thing that comes to my mind is: you mean remotely & continuously ? If so, water would be a concern. As would food. How would you ever carry enough for a year ?

I lived in a RV for 6 months while I finished school. It was a self contained 23' Class C motorhome. I was great, no issues what so ever. I was hooked to public water, power and a septic tank though.

Hello
Our experience is with popups but a lot of the time I am pulling a boat behind us.many times the boat trailer limits
Us from access to certain areas"parks, beaches".when we unhook the boat we feel a lot more mobile and safer.then there are places with length limits"tunnels, some park roads" .also there is cost with additional length "Alaska ,maritime ferrys. These issues will apply ,could apply to camping trailers.

Both are small over a long time period. For us we sleep in our camper ,usually make coffee and breakfast inside
In the morning and cook our main evening meal outside.

One thing we use a lot to stay outside in warm weather is a bug tent we were just at flamingo in the Everglades
And the tent saved us from the mozzies, saved us in Alaska also a few years ago.

Both options will work fine.

It's a personal choice

Just get out there and enjoy

Good luck
Kp

It depends on how much room you need. I have an 8' Alaskan cab over on an F250. More than enough space for me n my doggies. Can't see how anyone would need more space. Had a 14' fiberglass trailer outfit with a Land Rover - loved the trailer but hated the lack of mobility.
