Does anyone have tips for using an Omnia oven? What do you cook in it?
I picked one up for our tiny truck camper and I'm not sure why. I have mastered baking powder biscuits on the home stove with it (first try!) and can probably handle anything from a refrigerated Pilsbury tube although I haven't tried it on the low BTU of the camper's cooktop. It does work! But I should figure out something healthy to cook in it...bonus points if kids eat it.
Advice for higher altitudes would be appreciated as well--I am supposed to bake a birthday cake at 7500 feet in a few weeks. Pfft. Kids.
