Doesn't have a floor. Not sure how long the flaps are but plenty long enough with our Jeep Libery. Having a floor just makes it more bulky when stored. I never saw the need for it actually.
Love it? Would you buy it again? Not having a floor to me means you can go in and out of the annex without fear of tracking in dirt, which is an advantage.
