I've had one for about year or so- when they first put them on the market. It's a nifty piece of kit - If you think about it, $300 or so (not sure how much they are now) and you get something like 25-30 ah of juice with the inverter, (compare to my secondary battery under the hood optima yellow top at 55 ah) it's a lithium battery, has usb, 12v in a cool brick size.

I have a dual battery set up but this is my back up or my tent/campsite 12v power when needed. I don't have the solar panel (I have a 100w solar panel installed on the roof rack of my LR3 that rejuices the aux battery)...I would buy another one of these even at the higher cost than I paid getting in on the ground floor, moreso than the goal zero stuff. It's all metal, solid.

Doesn't feel like a plastic piece of camping equipment like the goal zero stuff to me (no offense to goal zero fans). Has a scientific/military tool kind of feel/build. Kind of like the difference between shutting the car door on my corolla and shutting the car door on my LR3.
