If it were mine, I would shorten that air hose, rotate the fitting, and secure it so it wouldn't flap, but maybe production trailers are already fixed?

No grease zerks, at least from this angle. I don't recall if they are on the other side..

I'm not quite sure how that adjuster works. Can anyone elaborate?

Saw an AT trailer first hand this weekend. I was walking the dogs and happened to see one in a guys driveway, turns out he just bought it and had driven it home. Pretty amazing build quality.
