Unable to depart on schedule, we had plan to travel to Utah and then to Baja, I decided to take a quick trip and explore some areas that i had been before, I wanted to relax get some sun, and enjoy the sea!
We made a decition to go to Puerto Penasco explore the area of Bahia Adair ( the hwy from El Golfo de Santa Clara to Puerto Penasco ) and take some pictures of the El Elegante Crater at El Pinacate!
We had a very relax time we spend alot of time in the swiming pool, Bahia Adair we experience the tide in only 15 minutes, and some of the greatest burritos you could have!
...and as usual El Pinacate was great, every time we go there it makes me feel like I am in Mars.A funny thing happen, they were some Coca Cola Reps passing by on their way to Sonoytia-Mexicali they made a turn and ask us if we were crossing over to hwy 2, I said yes and he ask if they could follow us and they would save a lot of travel time by taking the short cut, I did mention I needed to make a quick stop at El Elegantem however they could follow us!
I had them drive in the front so that they would not get stuck in some deep sand, they did great with their 2wheel drive trucks.
We took some pictures and they were inpressed with the area, they mention living in Penasco all their lives and to this date they had never experience this wonderful area! WoW!
