Hey guys, be aware of this Warfield Off road. After one year of lame excuses he is just ignoring my efforts to find a solution, here is a copy of my last contact.
Dear Charles,
I have been very patiente with this situation. I don't know if you don't reply me anymore just to make me loose my temper and use it as an excuse not to pay me back anymore. I really don't know more what to think.
YOU came to me asking to be a sponsor offering a drawer system for free.
I upgraded what you offered and PAID for it US$700.00
YOU send me a system that DID NOT fit on our car, that was with a heavier material AND arrived all FALLING APART inside the box.
I fixed it and left on a showroom for sale and YOU promissed me a FULL refund (I would re-refund you IF the system was sold, but so far no one if interested in paying for it even at half price).
YOU sent me two partial refunds of US$100.00 each and nothing more. For sometime now you don't even return my emails.
I cannot be held responsible because YOU spent the money I PAID you for a system that was not well build.
I cannot be held responsible for the crisis or your lack of clients.
If you could not make US$500 dollars!!! in OVER one year!!! to pay me back, maybe you are on the wrong business.
I had carried you logo and advertise your equipment and website for A LONG TIME without no return at all besides the good will you showed when we began talking. I run a CHARITY CAMPAIGN to DONATE TOYS to children in need. I am pretty sure you don't apply for my donations.
Please keep your good will and honesty and return the money I paid to you. You are not taking it from me, you are taking it from poor children along my path!!
If I don't get any reply from you again I have no other alternative then to spread this story to our offroaders and travellers community.
