Bed rack fitment question

Found a Leitner bed rack for a screaming deal on Facebook but it’s for a F-150 and I have a 21 Ram Rebel. Are these racks fairly interchangeable?
Both my truck and the truck the rack is currently on are crew cab/shortbed configurations

Got in touch with Leitner, it will fit just need new hardware. Hope this helps anyone who has the same question
