Best free video hosting/sharing site

I picked up a Kodak Zi8 a couple months ago, mostly to record my son's piano events but also for offroad trips. I have been trying to upload the videos to Youtube with marginal success. If I use the standard upload page it errors out almost every time. They used to have a bulk uploader that worked well but it appears to have been removed. I don't want to keep moving to different sites until I find something that works well. My question is, what sites are people here using and why?

For still pictures I'm using the smugmug pay site but I'm much happier with it than I was with photobucket - no annoying ads and its run by the guy who runs ADVRIDER so it helps to support one of my favorite websites. Well worth the $20 a year or so it costs. I'm not sure if they have a video equivalent but it might be worth a look.
