Better way to distribute weight with cross bars

I'm looking for a way to evenly distribute the weight from using cross bar tower onto the rain gutters. Currently, there is a Columbus RTT on three Thule cross bars and short towers. Does anyone make something that touches all three towers with a rounded bottom? Some of the roof rack manufacturers are doing this in order to save the rain gutters.
