My wife and myself visited our oil/gas field engineer son in Worland, Wyoming recently and we all took a couple of days to wander through the scenic Bighorn Mountains and a nearby badlands area in northern Wyoming. Not having been to the Bighorn Mountains/Cloud Peak Wilderness area since backpacking there over 30 years ago and climbing the highest peak Cloud Peak then, this was a visit back in time for me. My wife had never been in the area before so the amazing and beautiful scenery was all new to her. Here's some photos of some of this vast and grand area which also has so much violent pioneer/cavalry/Indian history in the late 1800's. My wife and son are in a couple of the pictures.
