Bilstein 4600 rear - top nut and bushings

Hello all,
I just finished (well almost) installing the Lovell rear springs and B4600 shocks. I followed the great work instructions provided on here and YouTube. All the instructions assume the reader knows how to install the shock. (I recognize that I might be the only idiot that does not)

In any case - can someone share the proper installation of the top nut and bushings? The Bilstein instructions read like ikea instructions and I can’t make any sense of them.

Sorry if this is available someplace. I used the search but could not find it. I also searched google with no luck.

I get that the shock goes in with the bolt through the retaining hole on the truck and then the bushing with the tip down followed by the plate and nut.

I can’t get the nut to snug down because the shock spins. Is there an Allen key or someplace to hold the housing to prevent this? I don’t want to try things and cause damage.

Thank you in advance for guidance!
