The 7-seat family Landy with rear HVAC is up for sale. It does not have the HD package with rear locker but manages to keep up on the trails with LR electronic wizardry. I will do my best to share what I know about the vehicle. The intention was to keep this rig long term but health issues are the catalyst for the sale (or donation, if it doesn't sell).
The vehicle spent it's life in the DC area which doesn't see a lot of snow (read salt) so the body is in good shape and paint is still shiny. Front seats show some wear but still look good. They have been covered with Wet Okole waterproof seat covers which make comfortable seats incredibly comfortable. Second and third rows are in very good condition. This SE comes with tan leather and has the winter package which includes front/rear heated seats, heated windscreen and mirrors. It has extensive maintenance records since new via Carfax and over $20k in maintenance and repair receipts organized in a binder for easy reference; highlights below and let me know if you want to know about specific items.
Location: Near Frederick, Maryland

- Front hub assemblies, etc. ($1.7k)
- AGM battery
- Various common LR issues fixed, e.g. sunroof drain hose, HVAC fan cover mod., plastic coolant "T" replaced with brass bleed-able valve
Known problems:
- Front Right air strut leak
- Front lower front control arm bushings are worn
- Sunroof motor went out while in the closed position. It does not leak but isn't presently operable
- Typical cracks on dash; previous owner smoked and although it has been throughly cleaned, there is a periodic hint of cigarette smoke in the vehicle
- Valve covers have small leak (not enough to change the oil level on the dipstick between oil changes)
Congrats if you made it this far! For the buyer, I have a rocky forest trail on our property that I can demonstrate trail worthiness or you can drive on the trail after title is signed!
