I spent a couple hours with the trainer this weekend. They get factory trained in Germany and all I can say is that after a lifetime of riding I doubled my understanding and have no doubt I'll be twice as safe. If nothing else some fears I've always had are gone and have been replaced with skills and confidence. I'd use it if I was as close as you. They supply the bike.
